Service Subscriptions
A HawkeyePedershaab service subscription will successfully reduce or completely eliminate downtime and consequential loss of production and earnings. A service subscription includes periodic inspections as well as immediate service on equipment in case of production stoppage. The periodic service visits are preventative and result in general maintenance savings because minor complications are revealed before they develop into major problems. Modem Service
Modem service is an easy and efficient method for long-distance troubleshooting. Via a modem connection to the machine in question our technicians gain access to the process control and can either correct the fault directly from their PC or instruct the customer over the phone. In recent years, several of the high-tech Falcon-controlled VIHY machines in Europe, USA and the Far East have been connected to the modem service – which keeps the machines running and avoids unnecessary service calls.

On-Site Service
When problems cannot be solved over the phone or via modem, Pedershaab provides on-site service within 48 hours almost anywhere in the world.

Consultancy in Upgrading
Pedershaab offers consultancy in upgrading and modernization of production equipment to improve quality as well as operating economy. If you wish to automate your production further or to change the production layout altogether in order to obtain a more efficient flow. In any case, we make sure that you choose the solution that will make a difference – both economically and production-wise.

Replacement Vibrators
The vibrator is the heart of a machine and as such a vulnerable part. Also, it is a complex part that cannot be repaired overnight. Consequently, HawkeyePedershaab has created an emergency stock of replacement vibrators for all models and types of machines. This reduces downtime significantly as a replacement vibrator can be installed in your machine as fast as it can be shipped to you by road, sea, rail or air. Replacement vibrators carry the same guarantee as new ones.
